My boyfriend was going over 70mph and hit a curb after splitting and rolled. He caught air twice and slid about 10ft after the second come down. He injured his shoulder and ankle while also has a concussion but it could have been extremely worse. Thankful for this helmet more than I can explain.

looks cool and feels pretty comfortable.2 reasons why i returned it;highway commuting is loud and a lot of wind gets through the helmet. the drag coefficient is different than other helmets i’ve owned. turning my head on the highway pulled pretty hard compared to others.2nd and the biggest annoyance was the strap. i’ve never been more annoyed with a strap. the button connected to the strap that loops through the rings was too big or the rings were too small and it was a struggle getting them through and taking off. the receiving end of the button that the strap connects to was sooooo far up the helmet and i could never get it to connect. the strap is long and without connecting it, it just slaps the heck out of your neck in the wind over and over.awesome beginner helmet in city limits. would not recommend for highway commutingthough.

Absolutely great helmet and good speakers however im having a little to much trouble putting on the shield. I feel like it should be a little easier than the video makes it look.
Helmet comes in box with 2 addition visors. (tinted and the color you picked) Helmet looks badass, think it's supposed to be a knock off avg pista rr. The padding is pretty bad and build quailty feels cheap. My biggest complaint is the wind noise. If you're upright it's pretty loud but doable. When you full tuck and wind gets into the top vents, it's literally, like LITERALLY deafening. I'd say you're paying for looks and wouldn't be bad for low speed city commutes lol 🤷🏾

for the price this was a great buy. super stoked on how it looks, comfortable, cancels noise beautifully. solid package here. i get a lot of compliments on it too, bought the iridium chrome visor to go with it and i couldn’t be happier with this helmet.

I've had a few Shoei Helmets but decided to try this mostly because of the looks and because I needed a new helmet fast. I really wanted to like it but the quality was so poor I just couldn't. I realize I'm coming from $600-$800 helmets so I was expecting some loss of quality. The padding only has those little orange snaps on the padding side, on the inside of the helmet it's just a hole in the inner shell, no matching female part of the snap. A couple snaps wouldn't stay in place, kept popping out. There were some minor scratches and defects in the paint, but that wasn't the deal breaker for me. The main visor would not close fully in the front but it did on the sides. Just a poor design. I could definitely see the visor being caught in the wind and either flipping up or make a constant howling noise. The internal sun-visor lever felt cheap. Didn't feel like the sun-visor would be operational for that long.I wear a size L in the rf and gt air series Shoei helmets. I was advised to get a L for this helmet and it was too loose. Because of the internal sun-visor the helmets shell is oval shaped, not a good fit for my head. A size M probably woulda fit better. I see their other model helmets have a more rounded shape tho.Also, because of the shape of this helmet the D-ring chin strap (which was very stiff with little padding) is set farther back and was cutting into my neck. Just wearing this helmet around the house for a few minutes here and there it constantly fogged up and got very hot. I always remove the chin curtains on my helmets, I don't know if this one is removable or not. If it is that may help with the fogging?I returned this helmet and decided to just replace the pads and visor on my Shoei helmet and continue using that while keeping my eye out for a good sale on a new Shoei.This may be a good choice as an spare 2nd rider helmet or for a beginner, but if you're coming from a higher-end brand you'll see and feel the difference in quality. Something I couldn't accept.
Helmet is awsome I would recommend but if I may add, the helmet lacks a visor locking mechanism that would definitely make the helmet not only safer but more comfortable knowing it’s clamped down when it feels it could just fly up at speed ect.Aside from that this helmet is amazing, out of 10 I’d rate it a solid 7 or 8/10
Great first helmet. Looks cool. Scratches easy, visors are cool. Nice design. Catches wind when you turn your head. I got a medium and it’s tight, but I have a big head.
Not bad as far as quality but kinda flimsy. Would be much better with thicker padding,the did send additional padding but got used to it being a little on the loose side.
Looks and fits great but there’s this annoying whistle noise due to slight spacing in the helmet I’m guessing. Makes me want to throw it off mid right. But overall not bad

Helmet is decent, Bluetooth speakers are trash, I mean trash, can barely here at20mph and at 40 mph all I hear is the wind coming through the helmet
The thing I love about this helmet was how Affordable and high-quality it was. I use it everyday when I’m riding and it really help on those sunny days, where the tinted visor really help me drive.
the helmet is well built and fits well the shown gold visor is not the one that comes with the product it is more shiny / iridescent orange gold colored.
