Hassle Free Returns
Return new/unused items to GDM™ within 30 days of receipt and receive a refund for the item price paid. Shipping fees or costs associated with international shipping, duties, taxes, or brokerage fees are non-refundable. All returns for exchange or refund must be returned within 30 days from receipt date, be in new condition and include original product packaging.
Returns must include all tags, packaging and be shipped in a sturdy shipping box. Do not use the manufacturer box as the shipping box. Items received that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
To report a Product Defect, Warranty Claim or if the wrong item was received please contact Customer Support at 1-818-573-7008 and we'll gladly help resolve any issues.
Return & Exchange Instructions:
Contact us at email@example.com within 30 days from the date your package arrives for your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
Return all RMA items via ground shipping to the following address:

Note: Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and include original product packaging. The Manufacturer's packaging must be clear of writings or markings. Do not use the manufacturer's product box as the shipping container. International customers are responsible for related shipping fees during the exchange process. Returned packages without RMA will not be accepted.
Upon receiving the item(s) back for inspection, we will ship out the replacement items. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Credit card refunds are credited back to the card used for the original purchase.
GDM™ is not responsible for any damage or loss of returned packages and we suggest that you insure the returned package(s) through the carrier. We cannot process refunds on damaged items; damaged items will be returned to the customer via ground shipping.
